Latonya Massengale has extensive experience in administrative and client services roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant Senior Manager of Special Projects and Client Services Manager at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center since June 2019, Latonya focuses on supporting survivors and promoting prevention. Previously, Latonya held positions at Frontline Services as Client Services Manager and Office Manager, and has worked in payroll and claims administration at Flynn Restaurant Group and Fox Rent-A-Car, respectively. Beginning their career at Manheim as a Commercial Accounts Administrator, Latonya has developed a strong foundation in managing accounts. Currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Cuyahoga Community College, Latonya also holds an Associate's degree from California College San Diego.

They provide including services a crisis and support hotline, hospital support, victim assistance, 24-hour services, advocacy, individual counseling, child and family services, support groups, support forsurvivors of human trafficking, servicios para sobrevivientes, for college students ,and support for deaf survivors.
