Megan (Craven) Cantrell, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Grants and Contracts at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, a position held since June 2021, and previously held the role of Grants Manager. From April 2019 to April 2020, Megan was the Director of Development at Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential (LEAP), an organization dedicated to promoting equality for individuals with disabilities in Northeast Ohio. Prior experience includes a tenure as Development Officer at Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana from November 2013 to September 2018 and as Event Coordinator and Marketing Manager at Rivals Sports Grille, LLC from April 2007 to November 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science with a focus on Psychology, Political Science, and Sociology from the same institution, along with earlier college preparatory education at Magnificat High School.

They provide including services a crisis and support hotline, hospital support, victim assistance, 24-hour services, advocacy, individual counseling, child and family services, support groups, support forsurvivors of human trafficking, servicios para sobrevivientes, for college students ,and support for deaf survivors.
