Ginny Tredway

Ginny Tredway is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Executive Director and Director of Advisory at Cleveland Research Company since March 2018, Ginny previously held the role of Director of Organizational Development at PRADCO from November 2013 to March 2018, where programs in talent management, project management, change management, and operational effectiveness were implemented. Prior experience includes senior talent management roles at Deloitte South Africa from April 2007 to May 2013, focusing on team leadership, organizational design, and strategic project implementation, alongside a consultant position at MAC Consulting that enhanced skills in change management and strategic relationship management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, a PDM in Management Studies from WITS Business School, and a BCom Honours in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
