Tj Richardson

TJ Richardson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, education, and business development. Currently serving as an Advisor and Mentor at ParaWave, Richardson empowers First Responders through innovative drone solutions, while also providing guidance to startups as a Venture Advisor and Startup Mentor at The Ohio State University's Tim & Kathleen Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship. As a co-founder of Ohio Hemp Company, Richardson plays a pivotal role in advancing hemp production in Ohio. Additional roles include lecturing on industrial hemp at the Cleveland School of Cannabis and previous experience as an Executive Assistant at MGM and Chief Sales Officer at SuperFan, Inc. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Georgetown College.
