Brian Kolkowski

Brian Kolkowski has had extensive work experience in the legal field. Brian started their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve from 1983 to 1991. Brian then worked as a Patent Counsel at Avery Dennison Corporation from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they served as the Group Counsel & Assistant Secretary at The B.F. Goodrich Company. Brian then moved on to work as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at both Orbital Research Inc. and Cleveland Medical Devices Inc. (CleveMed) from 2002 onwards. In 2008, they joined NeuroWave Systems Inc. as the Vice President & General Counsel, overseeing legal, intellectual property, and business development. Finally, since 2011, they have held the position of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Great Lakes NeuroTechnologies Inc.

Brian Kolkowski holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from Alfred University. In terms of their legal education, Brian obtained a J.D. degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.
