Laura Juul Madsen

Laura Juul Madsen currently serves as General Counsel at Clever since October 2020. Prior experience includes a decade at Bech-Bruun, where Laura progressed from Junior Associate to Senior Associate, specializing in M&A corporate, EC competition law, and public procurement. Additionally, Laura was an External Lecturer at the University of Copenhagen from September 2014 to February 2019, teaching EU public procurement law. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Banking and Finance from University College London and a Cand.jur. in Law from Aarhus University.
