Steven Haggard

Steven Haggard currently serves as the Director of Member Experience/Operations at Clever Care Health Plan, a role assumed in September 2022 after progressing from a managerial position focused on Medicare Stars. Previously, Steven was employed at L.A. Care Health Plan as a Product Solutions Manager II, where key contributions included developing the Star Rating Program strategy for the 2023 go-live and co-chairing the Member Retention Workgroup to enhance member experiences. With over a decade of experience at Molina Healthcare, Steven held various roles related to Medicare Stars, achieving notable improvements in Star Ratings and leading key initiatives. Steven’s comprehensive skill set encompasses strategic planning, vendor management, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance, reinforced by an Associate's degree in General Studies from Long Beach City College.
