Russell Thomas

Russell Thomas has a strong background in product development and research and development. Russell most recently held the position of Vice President of Product Development at Clever Carnivore, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Product Development at Mission Barns from March 2022 to November 2022. Russell has extensive experience at Tyson Foods, where they worked for over 33 years. Russell'sroles at Tyson Foods included Director of R & D from January 2013 to December 2021, and Manager from June 1988 to January 2013.

Russell Thomas obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Poultry Science/Poultry Product Technology from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1987 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Science/Business at the University of Arkansas, which they pursued from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Russell Thomas obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Managers V4.01 in May 2022 from Traliant.
