Steve Burnside, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Steve began their career as an Assistant Manager at Verizon Wireless, a position they held for five years. In 2010, they took on the role of IT Consultant at Coast Union School District. In 2007, they became Operating/Sales Manager at Bside Guitar where they established new retail customers via ecommerce and brick and mortar stores, and met and exceeded sales goals, increasing business on average 20% year over year. In 2011, they took on the role of IT Consultant at TekTegrity, Inc. and in 2013 they became Senior Director of Sales & Marketing at Norcast Telecom Networks. In 2015, they became an Online Marketing Consultant, Management Coach and Owner at Burnside Marketing, where they helped clients succeed with their online marketing. Finally, in 2017, they took on the role of Director of Development & Marketing at Clever Ducks.

Steve Burnside, MBA has a varied educational background. Steve obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of the Southwest, with a focus on Strategic Management. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Azusa Pacific University in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they have a Certificate from University of Miami in Social Media Strategy. Steve also has two additional certifications, Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales from ConnectWise obtained in May 2020, and Google Adwords Certification from Google.
