Mary Shepherd

Mary Shepherd is a seasoned professional in people operations and employee engagement, currently serving as a Sr. People Program Manager at Clever Inc. since December 2019, where responsibilities include designing growth pathways and empowering change within the organization. With previous roles at Clever Inc. such as Employee Engagement Program Manager and People Operations Specialist, Mary has extensive experience in managing employee programs, facilitating goal setting, and analyzing people metrics. Additional experience includes coordinating global events at Workday, managing alumni relations at Santa Clara University, and serving as a recruiter and coach for the university's Division I Volleyball team. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Business Retail Management from Santa Clara University and has recently completed a program on workplace conflict management at Stanford Continuing Studies.
