Quenta Niles

Quenta Niles is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Senior Culture and Development Manager at Momofuku since July 2021. In this role, Quenta implements and maintains strategic internal communication plans and drives programs that embody Momofuku's core values. Prior experience includes positions as Captain at Lafayette Grand Cafe & Bakery with NoHo Hospitality Group, Restaurant Manager at Quality Branded and Bubby's, and General Manager at Maison Kayser USA.
