Camila Guedes has extensive experience in digital marketing and performance marketing. Camila started their career at Kojio Comunicação as a Marketing and Publicity Intern in 2009. After that, they worked as a Project Coordinator Intern at i9 Social Media in 2011 and as an Internal Communication Intern at MRS Logística S.A. from 2012 to 2013. Camila then joined Affero Lab as a Key Account Manager from 2013 to 2014. Camila also gained experience as an Online Marketing Manager (Internship Abroad) at arvato AG in 2014 and later as an Affiliate Marketing Manager at the same company from 2015 to 2017.
In 2017, Camila joined Ströer SE & Co. KGaA as a Publisher Manager for a brief period before moving on to cleverbridge. At cleverbridge, Camila held multiple roles. Camila started as a Performance Marketing Specialist from 2017 to 2020, then became a Senior Marketing Programs Manager from 2020 to 2021, and currently serves as the Manager of Digital Marketing Services starting from January 2022. In their current role, they oversee a team, manages client relationships, executes acquisition and nurture programs, and drives new business initiatives and partnerships. Camila is skilled in managing budgets, resources, and agencies to ensure successful project execution and is responsible for forecasting, analyzing, and improving program and campaign ROI. Camila also stays updated with industry trends and mentors their team members.
Camila Guedes completed their high school education at Colégio dos Jesuítas from 1997 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Camila obtained a certification in Affiliate and Partnerships Industry - Fundamentals from Intellum in April 2023.
