Leonel Izquierdo

Leonel Izquierdo has a diverse work experience history. Leonel started their career as a Redactor Creativo in 2012, working independently and specializing in professional, corporate, and institutional written content. In 2014, they took on a role as a private Redacción teacher until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Leonel worked as a Practicante Administrativo at Dione Ingenieros GLP GNV SAC, where they were responsible for customer service, cash handling, and scheduling. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Observador Electoral at Transparencia Perú. In 2020, they took on the role of Administrador General at Crunch Burger, where they oversaw all aspects of the business and managed a team. During their time there, they successfully doubled profits by implementing cost reduction strategies. From 2020 to 2022, Leonel worked as an Asistente Administrativo Ejecutivo at Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, where they served as an advisor for multiple departments and managed a cooperation agreement between the hospital and a Korean technology company. Currently, they are working as an Outbound Sales Specialist at Cleverea, starting in 2022.

Leonel Izquierdo began their education journey in 2012 when they enrolled at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Leonel studied Psychology for three years, until 2015. In 2016, they obtained certifications in various areas, including the efficient organization of time, dynamics, and negotiations from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

In 2017, Leonel attended ISIL Aprende Haciendo, focusing on Administration and Marketing. Leonel then expanded their education in 2018 by earning a Diploma in Direct Management Skills and Leadership from ESEP Escuela Empresarial del Perú, as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Public Management from Escuela Nacional de Políticas Públicas.

Leonel Izquierdo pursued further education in 2022, attending the University of Buenos Aires for a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance. Leonel also participated in the Entrepreneur Founder of Technology program at Founder Institute in Silicon Valley, California, focusing on international business.

Continuing their education in 2022, Leonel pursued a Marketing International program at ITAE Business School in Badajoz, Spain.

Leonel Izquierdo obtained additional certifications, including Human Resources Management from Universidad Nacional del Callao in July 2018 and Direct Management Skills and Leadership from Colegio de Economistas del Perú in February 2018. Leonel also obtained a certification in Strategic Administration of Human Resources by Competencies from Colegio de Economistas del Perú in February 2018. In 2016, they obtained certifications in Time Management, Dynamics, and Negotiation from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
