Darren Gibson is currently the Chief Partnerships Officer of CleverLabs, specializing in connecting MENA-based startups with top-tier software engineering talent. Prior to this role, Darren served as a Startup Advisor & Tech Hiring Consultant at Techstars, where Darren helped startups optimize their technical hiring strategies. Darren also has experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Bolt and as a Software Engineer at LHV Bank, where Darren contributed to software development and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams. Darren holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from TalTech.
