Swaminathan Raghunathan

Swaminathan Raghunathan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked at Tata Elxsi Limited as a Senior Design and Development Engineer until 2007. In 2008, they joined eBay as a Senior Business Analyst and subsequently became a Product Manager. Swaminathan then moved to Cognizant, where they held various positions including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Senior Manager from 2008 to 2019. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at ASOS.com as a Senior Product Owner. In 2019, they joined Freshworks as the Head of Solutions Engineering, Global Partnerships and later became the Director of Solutions Engineering. Currently, they are working as the Senior Director - Onboarding, Customer Success at CleverTap, starting in 2022.

Swaminathan Raghunathan obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics and Communication from Bharathiar University in 2004. Swaminathan later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, graduating in 2008.
