Tanya Goncharova

Tanya Goncharova is an HR Manager at Clevertec since December 2023, previously holding the position of HRM at LERNA from August 2021 to October 2023. At LERNA, Tanya was responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, which included sourcing candidates through various online platforms such as job sites, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social networks. Tanya conducted both online and offline interviews and evaluated candidates based on their soft and hard skills.
