Carolina Quintero (she/ her)

Carolina Quintero has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Carolina is currently working as a Culture Development Specialist at Clevertech, where they support the employee life cycle and maintains a high retention rate among software developers. Prior to this, Carolina worked as a Faculty Lecturer at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Carolina has also held positions at Friends of Puerto Rico, where they served as a Program Manager and Program Coordinator, overseeing program development, evaluation, and budgeting. Carolina has experience in people and culture management as a People and Culture Manager at The Cervantes Group, where they implemented engagement initiatives and analyzed compensation and benefits strategies. Carolina has also worked as a Social Impact & Program Development Fellow at CECP, conducting ESG analysis and coordinating with Fortune 500 companies on CSR programs. Earlier in their career, they served as a Corporate Citizenship Intern at AmerisourceBergen and an Administrative Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Carolina Quintero (she/her) pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Mental Health from Universidad de Puerto Rico, a commitment that spanned from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they furthered their academic journey by attaining a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained a certification in Modern Human Resource Management - Recruitment and Selection Process from Alison. Carolina's educational background demonstrates their interest in human behavior, mental health, and social enterprise administration.
