Diego de Castro Vieira has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2005, Diego completed an internship in business at Casan. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at SENAI/SC, where they were a business consultant and project manager, designing and implementing consultancy projects in areas such as organization management, people management, and strategic planning.

In 2013, Diego joined FIESC, where they worked as a strategic intelligence analyst, contributing to the development and execution of strategic projects for industrial development.

Diego then worked at 3GEN Gestão Estratégica in 2015 as an associate consultant, designing and implementing strategic management models based on balanced scorecard in various organizations.

In 2015, Diego began working as a business consultant at Virtual Cooperation, where they managed specific projects in Brazil and online. Diego also helped startups secure funding and develop market researchers and technical reports.

From 2017 to 2018, Diego worked as a project manager at Meight, focusing on improving mobility using data analysis and mobility prediction technology.

Diego joined Unono in 2018 as a business manager, overseeing the entire operation and managing remote teams in marketing, sales, and talent acquisition. Diego also implemented agile processes and optimized operations.

Diego then moved on to SeQura in 2021, where they initially worked as a talent acquisition partner, recruiting over 70 new team members across various departments. Later, they became a talent acquisition lead and HR project manager, implementing improvements to the recruitment process and collaborating on HR initiatives.

In 2022, Diego joined Clevertech as a talent acquisition partner, specializing in recruiting senior developers and managing the full-life cycle recruitment process.

Diego's current role, starting in 2023, is at Barkyn as a project manager for special projects, where they are involved in reshaping the e-commerce experience for pets and managing the subscription service.

Throughout their career, Diego has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, project management, strategic planning, and business consultancy.
