Lesleigh Gennace (she/her)

Lesleigh Gennace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lesleigh is currently working at Clevertech as the Head of Onboarding, a position they have held since June 2022. In this role, they are responsible for onboarding new talent and providing ongoing coaching support. Prior to joining Clevertech, Lesleigh worked as the People Operations - Culture Coach at the same company from February 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining the tech industry, Lesleigh worked as the Curriculum Coordinator at the Bilingual European School Torino from October 2016 to January 2021. Lesleigh was responsible for overseeing the curriculum and ensuring continuity within grades.

From July 2012 to September 2016, Lesleigh worked at Avenues: The World School as the Spanish Immersion Coordinator. In this role, they developed the Spanish immersion curriculum, managed formal assessments, and mentored faculty members.

Lesleigh also has experience in teaching positions. Lesleigh worked as an Early Childhood Teacher at the International School of Turin from August 2014 to August 2015. Prior to that, they were a High school Spanish Teacher at Newark Collegiate Academy from July 2011 to June 2012.

Lesleigh'steaching experience also includes roles as a Spanish Teacher/Diversity Coordinator at Trinity School from August 2006 to June 2011 and as a Spanish Teacher at Montclair Kimberley Academy from August 2002 to June 2004.

Lesleigh Gennace earned their Masters degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Syracuse University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Geography and Spanish.
