Rhita Blg

Rhita Blg has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. Rhita started their career as an Assistant Human Resources Intern at Chaabi Bank. In 2013, they worked as an Assistant Human Resources at CNIL - Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, where they were responsible for creating a competency map and conducting a diagnostic of HR practices related to gender equality. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at BMCE EUROSERVICES, S.A., and then as a Human Resources Project Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where they were involved in change management and the optimization of competency management processes. In 2015, Rhita Blg was a Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Groupe Estia. In 2018, they joined CWT as an HR Specialist, where they supported and assisted managers and HRBP in the implementation of the company's strategy, as well as in the management of HR processes. In 2022, they joined Livestorm as an HR Team Lead, where they managed an HR Associate responsible for administrative tasks, and Cleyrop as Head of People.

Rhita Blg obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Descartes in 2008. Rhita then attended Université Paris Cité, where they earned a Licence in Psychology in 2012, followed by a Master's degree in Psychology du travail, des organisations et du personnel in 2014.
