Marcos Pepe Bertoni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marcos Pepe served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director at TEGRAM - Terminal de Grãos do Maranhão. Marcos Pepe was also the President of the company. At Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura S.A., they held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Business Development, responsible for operations, maintenance, HSE, and commercial areas.

Marcos Pepe Bertoni has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. In 1997, they completed an English course at Institut Monte Rosa in Switzerland. In 2000, they enrolled at Universidade Paulista and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, which they successfully completed in 2004. Marcos then furthered their education by completing a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design at Universidade Paulista in 2021.

In addition to their degree programs, Marcos has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from FGV. In 2016, they completed the APG - Advanced Management Program - Senior at Amana-Key.

Marcos has also focused on acquiring specialized knowledge in finance, accounting, and corporate restructuring. Marcos Pepe obtained a certification in Finance Accounting from FGV in 2020 and learned about Turnaround Management from FGV in 2021. For further development in their field, Marcos completed a Programa de Formação de Conselheiros at CELINT - Centro de Estudos em Liderança e Governança Integrais in 2021 and Reestruturação de Empresas from FIA Business School in 2022. Additionally, they completed a Resolução de Problemas Complexos course through Ventus Learning in 2022.

To complement their educational background, Marcos pursued an Executive MBA in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from MBA USP/Esalq, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
