Charles Sylvia

Charles Sylvia, ECC is Vice President of Membership and Trade Relations with Cruise Lines International Association. Charles has 24 years’ experience in cruise marketing and sales, starting as a front-line agent at a brick-and-mortar travel agency near Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

After a decade successfully selling group cruises on the leisure side of the business, Charles moved to the corporate side, producing meetings, incentives, conferences and events at sea for Access TCA, a Boston-based exhibit and corporate events agency. Charles built Access TCA’s “at sea” division from the ground up.
