Dennis Gera

Dennis Gera has worked in various roles since 2015, beginning as a Researcher for CNPq and FAPESP. In 2018, they worked as a Materials Engineer Intern for Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht Zentrum für Material- und Küstenforschung, where they generated data models for analyzing solid-state welding parameters and achieved optimized combination of parameters through linear regression. In 2020, they became Director for Ribco Do Brasil Importacao E Exportacao, where they designed a model for optimizing importation costs and developed commercial relations with alcohol testing equipment manufacturers. In 2021, they worked as Technology & Operations Analyst for CARUPI, where they autonomously created and implemented projects that increased sales KPI. Currently, they are Solutions Engineer for Clicampo, where they work closely with the operations team to perform product discoveries and develop tech solutions.

Dennis Gera has a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni, which they obtained from 2014-2019. Dennis then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Materials Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni, which they completed in 2020. In 2020, they also took part in a General Business Program and an Excel + Business Program from Business Training Company. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as a Software Engineering for Data Scientists Skill Path from Codecademy in 2022, a dbt Fundamentals from dbt Labs in 2022, a Machine Learning Fundamentals Skill Path from Codecademy in 2022, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from dnc.group in 2021, a Build a Machine Learning Model with Python Skill Path from Codecademy in 2021, and a Master Statistics with Python Skill Path from Codecademy in 2021.
