Luiza Batista has worked in a variety of roles and industries since 2014. Luiza began their career at Coca-Cola FEMSA, where they held the roles of Strategic Planning | New Business Management Coordinator, Strategic Planning Trainee, and Marketing Trainee. In 2018, they moved to Almundo as Brazil, Colombia and Mexico Strategic Planning Manager. In 2019, they joined Coty as Business Intelligence Strategy Manager. In 2020, they were Regional General Manager and Regional Executive Manager at Rappi. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded Clicampo, where they serve as Co-founder and CMO, and co-founded Leef.

Luiza Batista has a diverse educational background. Luiza obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas in 2008-2012. Luiza then went on to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science and Business Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2011. Following this, they obtained a Certificate in Business Administration (CBA) from Ibmec in 2013-2014. In 2016, they completed an Executive Strategy course at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In 2017, they completed a Finance for Executives course at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Master's degree in Business Intrapreneurship at European School of Economics. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications in various languages and disciplines, including English C2 from Universidade de Massachusetts in 2010, Hungarian C1 from Esze Tamás Gimnázium in 2007, Green Belt from Setec Consulting Group in 2015, Growth Hacking from Conquer in 2018, Chora ppt from Perestroika in 2021, and Digital Product Leadership from Tera in 2020.
