Victor Bernardino

Victor Bernardino has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2011. Victor began their career at ArcelorMittal Brasil as a Logistics Procurement in 2011. Victor then moved on to ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks in 2013 as a Project Manager. In 2015, they were a Researcher at Vale. In 2016, they joined Natura as a Logistics Innovation and Supply Chain Trainee. In 2019, they became the Head Of Operations | CPGs and Operations & Strategy Manager at Rappi. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Co-founder & CEO of Clicampo.

Victor Bernardino is currently a Fellow at Latitud, Cohort 3. Victor previously earned an MSc in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2017, an MSc in Lean Manufacturing and Engineering Management from Coventry University in 2014, and a Production Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2014.
