Adam Wachtel

Adam Wachtel has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Adam currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Click Boarding since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - IT II at Alight Solutions from April 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining Alight Solutions, Adam worked at Hodges-Mace, LLC from October 2014 to March 2020, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Technology. Additionally, Adam worked at Cadre Consulting Group, LLC as a Senior Programmer from April 2006 to November 2006. Adam was responsible for completing the development of the i-enroller platform, a group benefits enrollment and eligibility management system.

Before that, Adam worked at Redfern Services as a Programmer from June 2004 to April 2006. Adam progressed from an entry-level position to become a senior developer and team lead. Adam was responsible for leading projects, converting customer requirements into technical specifications, developing code, designing databases, and providing ongoing maintenance.
