Jose Torres

Jose Torres has extensive experience as a Business System Analyst, starting with Click Bond in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for application administration/development and analytics. Their accomplishments at Click Bond include developing a workflow in OnBase to support business log training data and creating a dashboard in SSRS using highly normalized data from OnBase to support training initiatives.

Prior to their role at Click Bond, Jose worked at IGT from 2008 until 2019 as a Business Analyst. During their time at IGT, they supported multiple units throughout the organization, including manufacturing, sales, field services, and product management. Their accomplishments at IGT include developing a Tableau dashboard to provide insight into each process of the order to installation cycle of slot machines, using SAP HANA views and SQL data. Jose also developed another Tableau dashboard to provide order accuracy information for the field service team using SAP HANA views.

Jose Torres earned a Master's Degree in Information Management from Arizona State University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management at the University of Nevada, Reno, from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jose also obtained a certification in Data Visualization with Python from CodeAcademy in June 2019.
