Paul Miller

Paul Miller has worked in a variety of roles in the past two decades. In 2002, they began their career as a Police Officer for the City of Chatfield. In 2003, they moved to Express Scripts, Inc. where they were a Call Routing Analyst. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Executive for RE/MAX Results. In 2011, they joined Prime Therapeutics as a Sr. Metrics Analyst. In 2012, they became Manager, Software Engineering and Project Management at Rels. In 2014, they were appointed Manager, IT Project Management at ABILITY Network. In 2016, they founded and became Chief Technology Officer at Battlestar Digital. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Software Engineering at Speed Leasing. In 2019, they became an Advisor for various startups. Most recently in 2021, they became VP of Engineering at Possession Partner, where they are responsible for software engineering and product management. Paul has built and led the product management team, defining the product vision and roadmap and refocusing the product backlog on user-driven and revenue-generating features.

Paul Miller has a Bachelor's Degree from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate's Degree from North Hennepin Community College. Paul also holds certifications from Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master I, obtained in July 2016), Think IT Association (Link to Leadership, obtained in 2014), Examination Institute for Information Science (EXIN) (ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate, obtained in July 2013), and Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional, obtained in May 2014).
