Shaheen Lakhan

Dr. Shaheen Lakhan is the SVP of R&D at Click Therapeutics. Shaheen was previously with SpineThera, Morehouse School of Medicine, Riverside Community Care, and Click Therapeutics, Inc. Shaheen has also been a neurology and pain management consultant with the Cambridge Health Alliance from January 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were with the Center for Collaborative Education, Virginia Tech, and Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Lakhan is also the founder of the Global Neuroscience Initiative Foundation.

Shaheen Lakhan first completed their MD at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, cum laude, in the field of Biological Sciences. Shaheen then went on to complete their PhD at UCN European Programmes, again in Biological Sciences. Her postgraduate coursework was completed at Tufts University School of Medicine, in the field of Clinical Pharmacology, Drug Development & Regulation. Shaheen is certified by the Virginia Board of Medicine and American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. in Neurology and Pain Medicine, respectively.

Their manager is David B. Klein, CEO. They are on a team with Randall Stanicky - CFO, Richard Denunzio - Chief Commercial Officer, and Tarique Collins - Chief Legal Officer.
