Flaviano Ferreira has extensive experience in the travel and customer service industry, currently serving as CC Team Leader and Training Associate at TravelPerk since August 2021. Previous positions include Senior Business Travel Consultant at CCC – powered by TELUS International and Content Moderator at eDreams ODIGEO. Flaviano has a strong background in service support, including reissuing flight tickets using Amadeus GDS and assisting customers with various requests.
