Olivia Swartz is the current HR Director for Organisational Design and Development at Clickatell. Olivia has been with the company since February 2018 and in their current role since May 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the HR Director for Change and Development at Clickatell.
Swartz has been instrumental in Clickatell's optimization and scaling-up, which has seen the company grow from 80 to 380 employees across 4 countries; USA, Toronto, Nigeria and South Africa. Olivia has extensive experience in workforce planning and capacity planning, as well as change management.
Under Swartz's guidance, Clickatell has developed a custom-fit Technical and Behavioral Competency Map using job families and organizational levels to create a framework for pay philosophy, benchmark roles and career development. Olivia has also implemented a Talent Strategy aligned to employee branding, sourcing, selection and hiring.
Swartz's efforts have seen Clickatell successfully up-scale in a rapid format while embedding a culture of A Players.
Olivia Swartz has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (2:1) in International Business Administration from Canterbury Christ Church University, a Tourism Management diploma from Port Elizabeth Technikon, and a Matric in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from York High School in George.
Olivia Swartz reports to Zan Chivell, Chief HR Officer. They are on a team with and Claudia Booysen - HR Director, Operational Practices.
