Kate Poliakova

Kate Poliakova has worked in the field of Human Resources for several companies. Kate started their career as an HR Business Partner at TrafficDNA in June 2015 and worked there until June 2017. During this time, they were involved in providing innovative advertising solutions and assisting clients in building effective online marketing campaigns. In 2017, they joined ClickDealer as an HR Business Partner and later became the Head of HR in January 2022. ClickDealer is a performance marketing company that offers a range of services to help clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Kate Poliakova completed their bachelor's degree in Management at Zaporizhzhya National Technical University from 2011 to 2017. Kate then pursued a master's degree in Psychology at National University "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic" from 2021 to 2022.
