Benjamin Blanchard has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales, marketing, and channel management.

Benjamin started their career in 2007 as an Air and Marine Operator at Eagle Global Logistics, where they managed aerial and maritime transportation and ensured timely delivery of goods.

In 2008, they worked as a Supply Chain and Human Resources Assistant at NOVA STOCK, where they handled tactical and strategic purchasing, supplier assessment, database creation, and inventory planning. Benjamin also managed a team of 12-15 people and successfully improved operators' productivity by 50%.

From 2009 to 2012, Benjamin worked as an International Medical Procurement intern at Inter Mutuel Assistance and later as a KPI Analyst at Central D'Achats Zannier. In these roles, they developed and supported KPI reporting tools, implemented best practices in communication and reporting, and contributed to strategic methodologies.

Benjamin then joined SIS Trading as an Account and Sourcing Manager, where they were responsible for key accounts and commercial tasks.

In 2014, they became the Key Account and Sourcing Manager at NGTS Shanghai/Mobivia Group, overseeing sourcing, purchasing, production monitoring, and logistics for spare parts and accessories.

Benjamin then joined Source of Asia in 2015 as a Senior Account and Sourcing Manager, managing product development and sourcing projects, conducting research, and evaluating suppliers.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Magnolia International Ltd., initially as the Head of Partnerships, where they spearheaded global initiatives to enhance partners' commercial strategies. Benjamin later served as the Regional Director for Accounts & Channel in the APAC region, where they built strategic alliances and supported partner organizations with training, sales enablement, and joint marketing programs.

In 2019, Benjamin joined PTC as an Inside Channel Partner Manager, where they managed relationships with channel partners and supported their engagement with prospects.

Currently, they are working at ClickDimensions since 2020, initially as a Territory Channel Manager South EMEA, responsible for building relationships with system integrators and value-added resellers. Benjamin then progressed to the role of Marketing Sales Specialist and later Senior Marketing Sales Specialist, where they generated subscription sales of the ClickDimensions marketing automation solution, conducted product demonstrations, and exceeded revenue targets. Benjamin also collaborated with channel partners and territories to maximize sales and pipeline.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has consistently demonstrated strong sales performance, achieved over 100% of the ARR target in 2021, and closed the biggest deal of the year.

Benjamin Blanchard has a strong education background in the fields of supply chain and purchasing management. Benjamin completed a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain & Purchasing Management from Audencia in 2010 and another Master of Science degree in the same field from Politecnico di Milano in the same year. Prior to their master's degrees, Benjamin attended Excelia from 2005 to 2009 where they obtained a degree in IECG with a focus on procurement and logistics. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business International from Northumbria University from 2007 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin has obtained certifications in Advanced ClickDimensions and Fundamentals ClickDimensions from ClickDimensions in December 2019 and November 2019 respectively.
