Additionally, Juan worked as a Google Cloud Technical Support Specialist Tier 2, providing multilingual technical support. Prior to that, they worked as a Localization QA Engineer at Apple, where they ensured the quality of localized content. Juan Carlos also worked as a Craftsman Jeweler and Jewelry Designer at Artyor Joyeros Artesanos, and as a Graphic Designer as a freelancer.
