Vicki Zhou 周天瑜

Vicki Zhou 周天瑜 has extensive work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Customer Representative at China Merchants Bank. Two years later, they became a Model at Abercrombie & Fitch. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at HSBC in various roles, including Premier Officer, Private Client Group, Personal Banker, and Operational Risk Associate. In 2016, they became Operations and Marketing Manager at Meta-universe Technology Inc., where they developed key operational procedures, introduced and set up tools, trained employees, and streamlined workflow. Additionally, they developed brand strategy and statistics systems and led marketing campaigns through online channels and offline events. That same year, they co-founded ClickDishes Inc., where they serve as the CMO.

Vicki Zhou 周天瑜 graduated from the University of Alberta in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French Literature. Vicki has obtained several certifications since then, including a User Experience Circuit from General Assembly in March 2018, a Google Analytics Certification from Google in May 2015, an AdWords Certification from Google in May 2016, and an Investment Funds in Canada certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
