Dominique Edwards

Dominique Edwards has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. They started their career at CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. as a Logistics Coordinator/Analyst, where they tracked freight and provided service updates to customers. They then moved on to Diligent Delivery Systems, where they worked as a Logistics Analyst.

In 2017, Dominique joined Panalpina as an Ocean Import and Export Analyst. They managed all Shell shipments and were responsible for arranging pickups and managing rail fleet activity. Dominique stayed with Panalpina until 2021.

During their time at Panalpina, they also pursued professional development in the Salesforce field. They completed the AdminToArchitect.com Salesforce Certified Administrator online course and participated in the Talent Stacker | Salesforce Career Development Program. In this program, Dominique gained a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and developed skills in requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, end-user training, automations, Salesforce security, and user interface customizations.

After completing the program, Dominique worked as a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst at Clicked, followed by their current position as a Salesforce Functional Analyst at Steampunk, Inc.

Dominique Edwards attended Lone Star College from 2013 to the present, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in the field of Arts. In addition to their degree, Dominique has also obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In May 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), followed by achieving the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification in December 2022. Most recently, in January 2023, Dominique obtained the Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
