Yvonne Defant

Yvonne Defant has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yvonne began their career as an Assistant General Manager at BHS-Harrex in December 2005, where they held the role until October 2006. Following that, they joined Borgers USA Corp in October 2006 as a Project Quality Manager and later transitioned to the role of Quality Management Representative North America in October 2009. At Borgers USA Corp, Yvonne was responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system, overseeing quality departments, and implementing internal audits. Yvonne'scontributions helped the company triple their US business.

In May 2022, Yvonne took on a role at Trailhead by Salesforce, where they gained hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects within Trailhead playgrounds and developer's apps. Subsequently, they joined Clicked in August 2022 as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Yvonne'smost recent position is as a Salesforce Administrator at KARL STORZ, where they started in February 2023. Throughout their career, Yvonne has demonstrated expertise in quality management, Salesforce administration, and business analysis.

Yvonne Defant completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Alabama from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they studied at the University of Tübingen, although the degree obtained from that institution is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Yvonne has obtained various certifications in Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), as well as multiple Salesforce Superbadges and units, all of which were obtained in 2022.
