Operations Project Lead at Sinch ClickSend

Jemaya Margetts has extensive experience in operations and customer support roles, currently serving as Operations Project Lead, having previously held positions as Customer Support Manager and Customer Service Manager at Sinch ClickSend since June 2017. Prior to this, Jemaya worked as a Youth Partnership Project Intern at Save the Children Australia for a brief period in 2017 and gained valuable experience as a Specialist at Apple from October 2014 to December 2016. Jemaya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science from The University of Notre Dame Australia, obtained in 2017, and also completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Murdoch University between 2011 and 2012.
