Shai Ronen's work experience includes serving as the Inventor and Founder of Navin since January 2012. From January 2012 to March 2020, they held the position of Founder and CEO at Navin. In 2018, Shai Ronen became a Mentor at Techstars. Shai also served as a Mentor at Expert Dojo starting in December 2021. Starting in December 2020, Shai Ronen began mentoring at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they worked as a Startup Mentor at PropTech Zone starting in July 2020 and served as an Innovation Judge at MIT Enterprise Forum CEE from March 2020 onwards. In January 2021, Shai Ronen joined Clickto as part of the Strategy Corporate Development team. Shai became a Strategic Advisor at Webiz Georgia in February 2021 and also worked in the Strategy Corporate Development role at Kumba starting in March 2021. Shai Ronen served as a Board Member at Envite from July 2021 to September 2022.

Shai Ronen has a diverse education history. Shai first attended the University of Haifa from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law, which they completed in 1998.

In 1996, Shai Ronen enrolled at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and studied Computer Science until 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.

To further expand their knowledge in the business field, Shai Ronen attended Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program specializing in Recanati.

In 1999, Shai Ronen acquired the title of Advocate in Business Law from the Israel Bar Association, displaying their legal expertise.

Shai Ronen participated in the US Israel Innovation Bridge Executive Leadership Program in 2016, offered by the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Despite not specifying a degree, this program honed their executive leadership skills and fostered collaboration between the United States and Israel in the field of innovation.

In addition to their educational background, Shai Ronen holds a certification as a Lawyer from the Israel Bar Association, obtained in March 1999. Shai also served as a mentor for the HackIDC 2016 Hackathon, although the institution providing this certification is not specified.
