Alex Davison possesses extensive experience in customer experience leadership, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at ClickUp since November 2021. Previously, Alex held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager of Escalations Engineering at ClickUp, focusing on enhancing customer success. At the Arthritis Foundation, Alex directed statewide operations and launched several initiatives as Executive Director. Other notable roles include Senior Manager of Community Development at the American Cancer Society and Manager of Operations at the Cowen Institute for Public Education Initiatives. Alex's coaching experience spans multiple levels in soccer, and educational achievements include an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from California State University San Marcos.
