Desi Wiese has a diverse background in strategy, operations, and marketing, having held positions such as Strategy & Ops at ClickUp and Marketing Consultant at Qvin. With experience as a self-employed consultant focusing on growth, strategy, planning, and business operations, Desi also founded and serves as the Board Chair and Executive Director of Reward Our Teachers. Previous roles include Strategy and BizOps in Marketing and Consumer Business at 23andMe. Educational qualifications include a General Course in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in Economics from The College of Wooster.
