Marcy Greenberg

Marcy began their career in 1992 as a Training and Recruiting Manager at Intel Corporation. Marcy quickly rose through the ranks and became the Director of Executive Development at Yahoo in 2005. In 2009, they left Yahoo to become the Director of Corporate Learning and Development at SunPower Corporation. Marcy served as the Interim VP of Human Resources at HotChalk, Inc. from 2014 to 2015 before taking on the role of EVP of People at Realtor.com from 2015 to 2018. In September 2018, Marcy became the VP of Human Resources at 2-1-1 San Diego, where they served until September 2021. Marcy is currently the Head of Talent Development at ClickUp.

Marcy Greenberg has an Ed.D in Organizational Development from the University of Southern California, a MSM in Management from Purdue University, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
