Reid Kilwine is a seasoned professional in solutions engineering and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at ClickUp since January 2022. Prior experience includes a progression at Smartsheet from January 2016 to January 2022, where Reid held roles such as Strategic Sales Engineer, Commercial Sales Engineer, and Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer onboarding, engagement strategies, and project management guidance. Prior to Smartsheet, Reid worked as a Project Manager at Swift Group and as a Customer Service Representative while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature at Western Washington University from 2008 to 2013.
