Matthew Spence is currently the Vice President of Software Development at CLICS, where they lead innovative software projects. They previously held roles such as Front End Lead at Novata and contributed to various tech startups, including Trakio as CTO and co-founder. Matthew's expertise began at the University of Kent, where they graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design and Technology. With a strong background in web development and a focus on building effective teams and customer experiences, they have continuously embraced challenges beyond their comfort zone.
