Katrina "Lyric" Clemons is an experienced customer service professional and songstress with a diverse background in entertainment and retail. Currently serving as a Customer Collections Representative at Client Services Incorporated since December 2013, Katrina excels in providing quality service and ensuring positive customer experiences.
