Chelsea has held various roles such as Programme Manager, Senior Programme Officer, and Programme Officer at ClientEarth. Additionally, Chelsea has experience in office management and environmental awareness at Nuffield Trust. Chelsea has also worked in travel consultancy and operations management at Purely Maldives Ltd, and as a Fundraising Intern at Environmental Justice Foundation. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Southampton.
