Huw Slater is a skilled Energy & Climate Policy Specialist currently serving as Project Manager for the EU-China Environment Project at ClientEarth since April 2022. Previous experience includes a Senior Consultant role at ICF, where contributions spanned institutional building for an Emissions Trading Scheme in Ukraine and authorship of key reports such as the China Carbon Pricing Survey. Additionally, Huw held leadership and advisory positions with the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and Wuhan University Institute for International Studies, while also engaging in research management at China Carbon Forum. Educational achievements include a Master of Climate Change from The Australian National University and a Bachelor (Honours) in Music from Monash University.
