Dr. Asma Shaikh has worked in various roles and companies since 2005. Dr. Asma began their career as Managing Director at NKN Asia, where they were responsible for monitoring and managing raw material selection and extrusion, managing the team staff and serving as a trustable advisor and director of public relations. In 2009, they became a Business Development Manager at Greylinestudio Pvt Ltd. In 2010, they were the Head of Marketing & Sales at Habib Consumer Pvt Ltd. In 2011, they were the Head of Marketing & Sales at Dockland Technologies Pakistan and a Senior Executive at Axact. From 2014-2015, they were the General Secretary at Pak Women Empowerment Welfare Trust and held various roles at Tribe Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd., including Manager Client Services, Assistant Manager Client Services, Assistant Manager HR, and Customer Service Representative. In 2016, they became the Professional Services Manager at ClientPoint, where they were responsible for assessing customer needs, developing a plan, and helping implement the plan to the customer's satisfaction.

Dr. Asma Shaikh has a Bachelor's degree in dental sciences from Jinnah Med And Dental College, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Dr. Asma also holds a Bachelor of dental sciences degree from the University of Karachi.
