Caitlin T. is an experienced Ingredient Research Scientist and Senior Product Developer at Clif Bar & Company since July 2018, with a strong background in product development and innovation. Previously, Caitlin served as Innovation Manager and Product Development Scientist at GU Energy Labs and Advanced Food Concepts from April 2015 to June 2018, and held various roles at Clif Bar & Company between March 2011 and February 2015, including Product Developer and Ingredients Specialist. Earlier experience includes working as a Food Technologist at Del Monte Foods and R&D internships at General Mills, Mondelēz International, and Nestlé. Caitlin earned a Master of Science in Food Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
