Jen Aquino

Jen Aquino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Scientist II in Ingredient Research at Clif Bar & Company since May 2008. Prior to this role, Jen worked as a Personal Chef and Caterer at Joy of Not Cooking from 2002 to 2007 and as a Product Developer at Mattson: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry from 1997 to 2001. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has acquired a Baking and Pastry Certificate from the California Culinary Academy. Recently, Jen completed a Life Coach Certification from The Life Coach School.
